As a Visual Designer on the Service UXD team at Rogers Communications, worked on a project upgrading functionality in the Wireless Dashboard, in the MyAccount section of the Fido.ca website.
MyAccount is where customers have access to their mobile and internet service information such as bills, data usage, account status, mobile plan upgrade, data top up, and more.
The project requirements were multiple dial graph states for data, talk, text, several message types, and an add data flow. Along with combinations of all of those to depict upgrade, downgrade, plan switch, overage, account suspension, error, and system real time error states. We took this opportunity to address several pain points customers had provided through survey feedback. We added clear messaging to provide customers with feedback and information based on the account changes present at the time.
